 Tiered tuition model

Our school recently adopted a tiered tuition model. Families pay tuition that is relative to their household income. In order to qualify for a rate other than the highest base rate, families must complete the financial aid application following a successful enrollment interview process. A 5% sibling discount is available to families with 2 or more students, to be applied to the lowest tuition.

When your child joins The Circle School, your family becomes a member of our Family Cooperative.

In addition to tuition, each family is required to complete:

  • 80 co-op hours per year (40 hours per semester)

  • 2 work days per year (1 per semester)

Each hour is valued at $18 and each workday at $150.

While your skills and participation are always our preference, families may also choose to pay for their co-op hours (all or a portion of required hours) directly ($1,440 total for the year).

These donated hours are an integral part of our cooperative model, improving the function of our school and demonstrating to the children how people working together can make great things happen!
