Our teachers prepared a variety of virtual lessons during spring and fall 2020 in order to adapt our unique curriculum and school culture to distance learning.  Please enjoy some of the samples below:

Mr. Jason's Read Alouds for his Kindergarten Class which are being enjoyed by families outside our school:  “My name is {withheld} and my daughter’s name is {witheld}.  We live in Denver, CO, but stumbled upon Mr. Gossard’s Spotify read-alouds during the stay-at-home order a few months back.  My daughter is in Kindergarten herself, so the stories were right up her alley.  Little did I know how much she would LOVE listening to Mr. Gossard tell the stories.  She has listened to Ramona, Flat Stanley, Stuart Little, and several of the other stories over and OVER again.  She chooses listening to him read over many other activities - so much so that we’ve had to limit it - haha!  Thank you to Mr. Gossard for making our time at home that much more bearable, and for entertaining our little Kindergartner for hours:).  So funny that we’ve never met him, but he’s become such a fixture in our house!  We only wish we lived in San Antonio - your school seems like it would be the perfect place for {our daughter}!”

The majority of our students are now back on campus, however, we are supporting our families that have opted to continue in distance learning with interactive content. We are prepared to pivot to different learning models as this unpredictable year unfolds.
