How to Apply

We accept applications year-round.  We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the online application process, please follow the steps below. Visiting the school as well as the information you provide will help determine if our school is the best fit for your family.

  1.  Create an Account .

  2. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.

  3. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

  4. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

  5. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.

Additional Information

  • Visiting the school as well as the information you provide will help determine if our school is the best fit for your family. A tour to meet with our Administrator, talk more in depth about our academic program and community and visit our school during the school day is highly encouraged to get a feel for our school. Information packets including current tuition rates are given during tours or upon request.

  • Our enrollment season begins in March following re-commitments from current families.

  • All applications will be reviewed by the prospective teacher during enrollment season. Our waitlist does not operate on a first come/first served basis.

  • Depending on class availability, teachers will meet with family and student for an admissions Interview.  This will ensure that the school is the right fit for your family, and that we will be able to provide a successful program for your child.

  • Based on all provided information, admissions interview, visitation,  class availability and dynamics, teachers will make calls to offer your family a space.  If we are unable to offer your family a space at that time, you will be notified that your child will be placed on our waitlist. The waitlist fees are $50 for the first child and $25 for subsequent children.

  • All students remain on our waitlist until notified by parent or guardian to be removed.  In the event a space becomes available following our enrollment season or during the school year (for K-8th grade), you will be contacted by the teacher.

  • To be placed on our waitlist, the completed application and non-refundable application fee is due upon submission.

  • All potential students entering 1st-8th grade must submit a letter of referral from their most recent teacher, a report card or equivalent, as well as any records on file with the student’s current school; 6th-8th grade must submit at least two letters of recommendation, preferably by the Math and English teachers.

  • Students are also required to join us for a full school visitation day.
